The 19th Air Refueling Group which is located on Robins Air Force Base had been working with this company on a very small scale prior to our last big contract with them and was thoroughly impressed with their customer service orientation. Whenever there were any problems with our Conference Rooms, AVTech would immediately respond by trying to talk us through it over the phone or by dispatching a maintenance technician to meet our needs.

The contract we currently have with them includes systems in one Auditorium, two Conference Rooms (one with VTC Capability) and a mobile cart to utilize between four briefing rooms. The technicians provided an unbelievable service to our organization by meeting all the demands of my Commanding Officer (Colonel Kennedy) to have the project complete in record time before the Grand Opening.
